Primepoly HDPE Pipe Production Process | Real Factory Extrusion Line
Walkthrough of the Primepoly main extrusion line — DN20 to DN1600 capability: hopper loading of certified PE100 resin, single-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, multi-stage cooling, laser marking, haul-off and 12-meter cutting. Typical output at DN315 SDR 11 is 220 kg/h. Real factory footage, no stock B-roll.
Custom HDPE Fabricated Fittings — Mitre Cut, Welding, QC
Large-diameter elbows, tees and reducers fabricated from sectioned pipe. The video shows the mitre-cutting jig, fusion welding sequence, dimensional inspection and the final hydrostatic pressure test before shipment.
HDPE Stub End + Loose Flange Fabrication and Marking
Stub-end butt-fusion to pipe, backing-ring assembly, ISO 4427 marking and inspection. Stub ends supplied with the matching DN / SDR are bolted to steel valves, pumps and dissimilar-material interfaces in the field.
Quality Control Lab — Tensile, Hydrostatic, Density Tests
QC lab tour: density (ISO 1183), MFI (ISO 1133), tensile (ISO 6259), hydrostatic burst pressure (ISO 1167) and oxidation induction time (ISO 11357-6). Every production batch is tested before pipe leaves the factory.
PE100 Raw Material Reception and Storage
Primepoly uses virgin Borealis / SABIC PE100 resin only. Video documents the resin reception, batch certificate cross-check, silo storage and contamination control. No regrind in any pressure-rated product.
Perforated HDPE Pipe — Real Factory Perforation Process
CNC pipe-perforation line drilling round holes into HDPE drainage pipe. Hole diameter, pitch and pattern are made-to-order for underdrain, leach field, French drain and soakaway projects. Pipe runs are PE100 black with red-brown identification stripes; perforation is performed after extrusion and full pressure testing on a precision rotary table to keep hole geometry consistent end-to-end.
Container Loading — 40HQ Optimisation for DN315 SDR17
Loading sequence and bracing pattern for a 40HQ container of DN315 SDR17 PE100, FOB Qingdao. Shows the wooden cradle, foam isolation, ratchet strap routing and the final-photograph QC step before sealing.
