HDPE Electrical Conduit
HDPE electrical conduit for underground power, telecommunications and fibre-optic cable protection. Available in solid colours, multi-colour identification stripes, pre-lubricated silicon-core (PLB) for high-speed cable jetting, and long-length coils for trenchless installation. Sizes DN16 – DN200, suited to both direct-buried and duct-bank applications.

Product Description
HDPE Electrical Conduit (also called silicon-core conduit / PLB / SIRTI) is a smooth-bore HDPE pipe used as the protective sleeve for buried power, telecoms and fibre-optic cables. Pre-lubricated inner walls allow rapid blowing or pulling of cables over kilometres in a single section.
Advantages and Characteristics
1. Pre-lubricated silicone inner skin: friction coefficient < 0.06, allowing cable blowing of 2 km+ in one shot.
2. Identifiable colour-coding (orange / red / green) for power, telecom and fibre segregation.
3. Coiled lengths up to 1000 m drastically reduce joints and field labour.
4. Crush- and impact-resistant for direct burial under roadway loading.
5. UV stabilised black or coloured for short-term above-ground transitions.

Standard MOQ varies by product — generally 1 ton for HDPE pipe, 500 kg for PVC pipe, and one full container for export orders. Custom MOQ is available for sample / pilot projects — contact our sales team for confirmation.
What is the typical lead time?
For stocked sizes, 7–10 days from order confirmation; for custom OD / SDR / colour, 25–35 days. Production capacity exceeds 2,000 t/month — large project orders are scheduled in batches.
Which certifications does Primepoly hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 4427, AS/NZS 4130, ASTM F714, AWWA C906, WRAS and NSF 61. Documentation accompanies every shipment, and third-party inspection (SGS / BV) is welcome at the buyer's request.
Do you offer OEM and private-label manufacturing?
Yes — we manufacture pipes and fittings to customer-specified OD, SDR, length, colour, marking and packaging. MOQ for OEM orders typically starts at 5 tons or one full container.
How are pipes packaged for export shipping?
Pipes are bundled with PE film / steel strap and stowed by length: short pipes (≤6 m) ship in 20'/40' containers; long pipes (>12 m) ship by break-bulk vessel or flat rack. Coil rolls are shrink-wrapped and palletised. Free OBL with shipping documents.
