How many product lines does Primepoly offer?
41 products across 6 categories: HDPE pipes (10), HDPE fittings (6), PVC pipes (7), PVC fittings (12), hardware & machinery (5), PP fittings (1). New SKUs are added when market demand justifies it — typically 2–4 per year.
Can I order a custom OD, SDR, colour or marking?
Yes — we manufacture pipes and fittings to customer-specified OD, SDR, length, colour, marking and packaging. MOQ for OEM orders typically starts at 5 tons or one full container.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ varies by product: roughly 1 ton for HDPE pipe, 500 kg for PVC pipe, and one full container for export orders. Custom MOQ is available for sample or pilot projects — contact our sales team for confirmation.
Do products come with documentation?
Every shipment includes the mill certificate, hydrostatic test report, certificate of origin and the relevant ISO 4427 / AWWA C906 / WRAS / NSF 61 compliance documents. SGS / BV third-party inspection reports are available on request at the buyer's cost.
Can I get free samples?
Yes for low-DN PVC fittings and pipe-fitting samples. For HDPE pipe samples we typically ship a 0.5–1 m offcut at our cost; the buyer covers DHL / FedEx airfreight. Email sales@primepolypipes.com with the spec you want to sample.
