Potable Water Supply

Modern HDPE and PVC potable-water systems eliminate the corrosion, scaling and leakage that plagued legacy metal pipes. Our PE100 pressure pipes are WRAS, NSF/ANSI 61 and CE certified for direct contact with drinking water. Sizes DN20–DN2000 mm, pressure ratings PN6–PN25, with leak-free butt-fusion or electrofusion joints. Designed service life over 50 years for municipal mains, urban distribution networks and high-rise building risers.

HDPE Pipe for Mining and Industry

Industrial-grade HDPE pipes engineered for slurry transport, mine dewatering and tailings disposal lines. An optional UV-resistant white & black co-extruded layer resists abrasion and chemical attack from acidic mine drainage. Sizes DN50–DN1200 mm, pressure ratings up to PN25, supplied in 5.8 m / 11.8 m strips. Agricultural Irrigation

Sprinkler, drip and centre-pivot irrigation networks that cut water use by up to 60 % versus flood irrigation. PE100 / PE100RC / PE4710 lateral coils in 100 m / 150 m / 200 m feed pressure-compensating emitters across uneven terrain. Sewer Drainage System

Reliable HDPE and PVC sewer systems for municipal trunk lines, building drainage and storm-water networks. Smooth-bore plastic pipes resist root intrusion, hydrogen-sulphide attack and the scaling that destroys concrete and cast iron over time. Sizes DN50–DN1200 mm in gravity or low-pressure ratings, manufactured to ISO 4435 / EN 1401 / GB/T 5836, with rubber-ring socket joints for fast trench installation and 50+ years of leak-free service.

HDPE Pipe for Gas Distribution

PE80 and PE100 gas pipes replacing legacy steel and iron mains in natural-gas distribution networks. Recognisable by their black body with yellow stripes (or fully yellow pipe), they offer leak-free butt-fusion and electrofusion joints, immunity to soil corrosion and a designed service life of 50 years. Sizes DN20–DN630 mm at SDR11 / SDR17.6, certified to ISO 4437, EN 1555 and GB 15558 for low- and medium-pressure mains.

Does Primepoly offer OEM and private-label manufacturing?

Yes — we manufacture to customer-specified OD, SDR, length, colour, longitudinal-stripe colour, surface marking and packaging. Private-label printing (your logo + product name on the pipe) is available from 5 tons / order; full ODM (own-brand design) is supported with MOQ from 20 tons.

Can Primepoly help with engineering specifications?

Yes. Send us your project brief (medium, working pressure, surge profile, install method, ground conditions) and our engineering team will recommend pipe grade (PE100 / PE100-RC), SDR / PN class, fittings spec and a typical bill-of-materials within one working day.

Does Primepoly provide installation support?

For orders ≥ 50 tons we can send a Chinese-speaking welding engineer on-site for 3–5 days of training (flights + accommodation + per diem at buyer's cost). Free remote support — WhatsApp / WeChat video — is offered for any order. Pre-welded long strings for HDD or sliplining are available ex-factory.

What's included in the post-sale service?

Free lifetime technical hotline (English / Chinese), free pipe-failure root-cause analysis (return a 30 cm sample and we run lab tests), free replacement of any defective product reported within 12 months, and a 50-year design-life warranty on PE100 / PE100-RC pipe used per ISO 4427.
