Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Primepoly Co., Ltd. ("Primepoly", "we", "us") collects, uses, retains and protects information that visitors and B2B customers submit through hdpepipefactory.com. We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California) and PIPL (China) where applicable.

1. Data we collect

When you submit an enquiry via the contact form we collect: your name, company name, email, phone, country and the message you write. We also receive your IP address, the locale prefix of the page you submitted from and your browser's Accept-Language header — all used to route the enquiry to the right sales engineer.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to (a) reply to your enquiry, (b) send a quotation, datasheet or technical follow-up, and (c) maintain our internal CRM record of buyer–supplier conversations. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your data with marketing networks. We do not run retargeting pixels.

3. Third parties

Enquiry submissions are processed by our own server and emailed via Hostinger SMTP to sales@primepolypipes.com — no third-party form-handling service is involved. The website is hosted on Coolify infrastructure. PDF catalogues, images and product videos are served from our own domain or from YouTube (youtube-nocookie variant). We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand visitor behaviour — both scripts load in cookieless / pseudo-anonymous mode by default and only drop tracking cookies after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. We do not run Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight or any other advertising-network tracking script.

4. Cookies

This site uses three categories of cookies. Strictly necessary — a language-preference token that remembers your selected locale (set by us, no expiry, never leaves the site) and a primepoly_consent_v1 token in your browser's localStorage that remembers your accept / reject choice so we don't ask again on every page. Analytics — _ga, _gid and _ga_<container> set by Google Analytics 4 only after you click "Accept all"; used to count visitors and identify popular pages; expires after 13 months. Functional / advertising — none. We do not set retargeting, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies. You can revoke consent at any time by clearing site data for hdpepipefactory.com — the banner will reappear on next visit (see section 6).

5. Your rights

Under GDPR / CCPA / PIPL you may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email sales@primepolypipes.com with the subject line "Data Request" and we will action the request within 30 days.
