Q. What is the minimum annual purchase volume?
USD 200,000 FOB or about 5 × 40HQ containers per year is the typical floor — negotiable in the first 12 months while you build the market. Most active distributors settle at USD 500K–2M annually after year 2.
Q. Can I order a sample container first?
Yes. We ship a sample 20'GP or 40'HQ at full distributor pricing. The amount paid is credited 100% against your first full-volume order, so the trial is risk-free if you commit.
Q. Do you grant exclusivity?
Country or sub-region exclusivity is granted after 12 consecutive months of on-target purchases. Smaller markets (e.g. Lesotho, Gambia) can qualify on smaller annual volume; larger markets (e.g. Saudi Arabia, Nigeria) require correspondingly higher commitment.
Q. What technical support do you provide?
Free butt-fusion and electrofusion welder operation training (in-person at your warehouse for the first cohort, video / WhatsApp for refresher). On-site commissioning support for projects over USD 500K. Full datasheets, installation specifications and consultant-grade tender documents in English / Spanish / French / Arabic / Portuguese.
