Submitting an enquiry through this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms; the version posted at the time of your enquiry applies to that enquiry.
2. Products and quotations
Product specifications shown on the site are typical values for our standard ranges. Final dimensions, tolerances and pressure ratings are confirmed in the quotation document. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quotation is not a binding contract until both parties countersign a sales contract or proforma invoice.
3. Intellectual property
All content on hdpepipefactory.com — including product photographs, technical drawings, articles, datasheets and the site's design — is owned by Primepoly Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may download catalogues for internal evaluation. You may not republish, mirror or use the content for derivative commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Limitation of liability
Site content is provided for general information. Pipe selection (material, SDR, PN, diameter) for a specific project remains the responsibility of the project engineer. Primepoly accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on website content alone — please confirm specifications with our sales engineers in writing before procurement.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this website shall be submitted to the competent court in Zhengzhou, Henan, unless a separate sales contract specifies a different jurisdiction.
