Q. Do you supply with SASO conformity assessment?
Yes. Primepoly supplies the full Saber-platform product registration package — SASO test reports, Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and shipment-specific conformity statement — at the time of order. Avoid Saber delays at the port.
Q. Which port should I receive at?
Project site near Jeddah / Mecca / Madinah / Riyadh: Jeddah Islamic Port (best inland trucking economics). Eastern Province / Aramco / Sabic project sites: Dammam or Jubail (cheaper inland leg). Specify at quotation — we adjust FOB / CIF accordingly.
Q. Are Arabic-marked pipes available?
Yes. We can add Arabic-script project / contractor markings (project name, contractor logo, year) alongside the standard ISO 4427 marking, at no additional cost. Specify at order.
Q. How do you handle Ramadan and Hajj logistics?
We pre-position long-lead-time stock in Jeddah bonded warehouse during March / April for Ramadan and June / July for Hajj. Customers in those periods get rapid ex-bonded-stock delivery without the 22-day port transit wait.
